I Was Drowning in a Sea of Debt...

If you are facing foreclosure you may feel like you have been hit by a tidal wave and are drowning in a sea of debt and despair.  I understand this feeling because I have been where you are.  I have been in foreclosure.

Hi. My name is Kari,

Just like you, I found myself going through something that I never dreamed possible.  I struggled daily to make ends meet, I was in the midst of going through a divorce with a two year old and a three year old, with the repossession man was at my door threatening to take my car.  With little income and no child support, I was in financial dire straits.  My life was spiraling out of control and I was just barely keeping the heat and lights on.  I tried to get financial assistance but with my income being borderline by "state standards" I didn't qualify.  I couldn't keep up with the household bills, and the basic needs just to live, were not being met.  I knew I had to let something go.   I had to let go of my mortgage.  I needed food, heat, and electricity, there just wasn't enough money to go around.  I felt I had been hit by a tidal wave and was drowning quickly.

The phone rang  everyday.  It's persistent ringing just drove me to turn it off.  What was I going to say to the mortgage company anyways?  The money wasn't there to pay them and time was running out.  Scared and alone I sat in my warm, comfortable home that was slipping away.  I was  paralyzed with fear and despair, not knowing what to do.  Not knowing that I truly had options.

I finally  realized that I had options and I was able to save the foreclosure from my credit.  Since I went through the process I was able to learn a lot.  It compelled me to reach out to others who find themselves in a similar situation.  No matter what the cause, foreclosure is a horrible thing to have to deal with.

I am here to deal with it for you and possibly save you the pain and agony of having to go through the process of foreclosure and having that mark on your credit for the next ten years.  You have jobs and families to deal with, you don't need the stress of the bank to eat into your life.

Take it from someone who has been where you are.  There is a way out.  And although I can not help everyone, I will do the best job that I can and work hard for you to give you peace of mind and a fresh start in life.
