What We Do

We are short sale specialists.  As professional real estate agents we will work with you and your bank to sell your home in a short sale, save you from any deficiencies left after the sale as well has help you to locate a new home to live in, via lease option or rental.

We will hold your hand and take over the task of "dealing with" your bank.  I will sit down with you and we will discuss how to move forward and what I need from you along the way.  We will build a partnership to get your home sold in the least stressful way possible.

While we are doing this we will explain to you your options for getting into a new home.  Unlike other real estate agents who are just looking to make a commission, we know that part of the stress of going through foreclosure is having to find a new residence that will suit your needs.  We assist you with this process to ease your mind through this very difficult time.  I know, because I have been there myself.  If it wasn't for the help of others I would have ended up in a tiny apartment with two kids.  Instead I am in a beautiful town home in a great school district, and helping others that find themselves where I was just a few years ago.
